Javaniska Elflora’s term and condition

Please read carefully our policy. We assumed you already read all our terms and condition and agreed with every single of it.

For all our plant collection, we do not provide refund or returns at any reason.

Here are our reason for it :

  1. We cannot get the retuned package back. We don’t have import permit and every single package that return will be needing an import permit.
  2. We have lots of experience of delaying shipment that caused the plants part to be rot due long delivery. But don’t worry, we provide replacement.
  3. We also have lots experience of DHL loosing our phytosanitary documents. Our admin will contact you to get your approval using insurance for your package. So if any of documents that included with the package lost, DHL will give the replacement for your money based on DHL currency.

We do not accept any complains if there are no video unboxing. So please make your video unboxing and if you’re satisfied with your plants, you can upload and tag us in our social media. We will give you reward for every unboxing and tag in our social media, the reward might be free seeds or plants based on our availability in your next order.

For replacement, we do not provide free shipping, you must add your new order to get the replacement. We will ship your replacement in your next order.

 

Problem with Shipment

We have many problem during shipment such as:

  1. The scientific name. We will use any species name that suitable for both of us. Some species are restricted to ship or sold from Indonesia. We will inform you about which species name we will use.
  2. Insurance. Using insurance will caused higher cost to the shipping. If you decide not to use any insurance, any problem with the package will be all your risk. We do not provide replacement at all.
  3. Phytosanitary document lost. This is very common problem with DHL and we don’t have other option for courier except DHL. So please use insurance to make sure your package will arrived safely.
  4. Long shipment. Usually your custom will hold the package for days and once they unbox the package, the plant will get exposed to the new environment. Sometimes it caused the plant to soften. We do not provide replacement if the shipping report shows that your custom hold the package for more than 3 days.
  5. Import permit. Some country do need plant import permit and we will need you to provide the data to us. If you don’t give us any import permit, we will do shipment without it. We will suggest you to special requirement for the shipment, but you will need to read your own plant importation rules. We do not responsible for failure in shipping because of lack information that you provide for us.
