| Water | Water well on dry/summer every 5 days, please wait until top 3 inches soil are dry. Once the watering habit are established for maximum grows, this plant can thrive for very long time. Wait for longer gap between watering in winter as most of the wild specimen has habit on defending its life by dormancy. Make sure your plant medium get fairly dry. |

| Humidity | This plant will grow well outside of a terrarium or cabinet. However, all tropical plants thrive with higher humidity levels. To achieve this we suggest grouping plants together, or putting them in a bathroom or kitchen which gets regular use. |
| Pot sizing | All plants are shipped in their plastic nursery pot unless otherwise stated. Plant pot sizes can fluctuate +/- 1cm. |
| Plant quality | We pride ourselves on the love and care with give our plants. Our entire team are plant obsessives at heart and so we go above and beyond to care for the plants we have in stock. That said, plants are living beings and may differ slightly from the photo provided unless otherwise stated. Small leaf imperfections may be present and won't be compensated for. Some plants such as Begonia may suffer slight leaf melt when shipped. This is normal and nothing to be concerned about. |
| Our nursery | All our plants are stores and/or grown in our outdoor greenhouse under natural sunlight. We use UV plastic that block 75% sunlight and regularly watering, fertilized and spraying with insecticide and fungicide. |
| Shipping Policy | Shipping courier : EMS service takes 2-3 weeks delivery. We recommend this service for some seeds species. Please talk to us about what seeds that can be ship with EMS. DHL Express service takes 1-2 week delivery. We recommend this service for most seeds, bulbs and plants. Sooner the package arrived, better for the seeds/ plants/ bulbs. |
| Phytosanitary and Import Permit | We ship with Phytosanitary Certificate, plant invoice and packing list. We do not accept request to ship plant material without Phytosanitary Certificate. It takes 10-14 working days for us to prepare your export permit and we will ONLY proceed your permit after full payment. No cancellation after we submit your order to proceed your export permit. We will ask you to provide Import Permit or any other document that will help your package released faster by your custom. We do not responsible to any problem that come from your custom if you do not provide us import permit or documents that needed by your custom.
