Read carefully our FAQ and T&C to make sure there will be no misunderstanding with your order.
Click our SHOP page and choose the plant that you want by clicking the READ MORE or the plant picture.
After the plant page that you want appearing, choose the stock that you need. We usually have different stock for each species.
Click on the amount that you want and click ADD TO CART. If you finished your order, you can click the cart icon in our bottom right page. This cart will lead you to CHECK OUT page.
Proceed to write down the data and pay for your order via Paypal. For now we only accepted Paypal Payment.
Then sit down and relax. Wait for your order to arrived at your front door.
We will contact you if we need more information about your order. Or you also can contact us in our fast response line.

You can track your order by entering your airway bill for express shipping on the DHL site.
Or if you’re using regular shipping, you can enter the airway bill number on EMS Pos Indonesia‘s site.

We have germinated and ungerminated seeds available. If you need specific phase, please let us know. If you don’t put any note in your order, we will ship based on our availability.
We would choose to ship germinating seeds since germinating seeds already show a high viability. You won’t need to ask about its viability and worry about the seeds that you will get.
If the germinating seeds are not available, we will ship ungerminated one.
We will ship all seeds based on our experience to seeds shipment. Some seeds will need tissue paper, spaghnum moss or else. If you have preference, please let us know.
We have various size of plants and will ship based on your order. Plant shipment will need a laboratory check by Indonesian Quarantine. It takes 2-3 weeks for your plants to get the result.
We will ship as soon as possible after the laboratory check done. Or we suggested you to ship your plant by cutting its leaves. Don’t worry your plants will grow it leaves back but takes time. Shipping the plant without the leaves reduce risk of stem rot.
We have various size of tubers in our collection based on the price. We will ship based on its time, not diameters or the weight.
If you need specific diameters or weight, please contact us before placing your order. Tubers can be shipped directly after your order, no laboratory checking needed.
For dormant tubers, we will shipped as it is. We will inform our collection in our social media, so please follow and check our social media to get newest stock.
Sometimes we also shipped not dormant tubers, don’t worry about its health, all tubers will be shipped perfect condition.
Please do not check out the big tubers if you don’t want to get the risk of the tubers got cracked. Bigger tubers had high risk of cracking. The shipment courier will not handle your package safely, the package might get stacked too many and transported. We do not give replacement for those mistakes.Â
For mother plant, tubers or plant. We will ship based on its time, not diameters or the weight.

We added Paypal fee in your check out because Paypal will cut off your payment to us. Our prices here are net price.
We will need you to provide us your data such as recipient name, full address (with zip code, and country), e-mail address, and phone number.
We will not contact you by email or phone number if you don’t sign up for it. Your data will be safe with us and we will not send you unwanted emails about promotion at all.
Some country do need special importation requirement such as import permit, or pre-notification to the custom. Please send us the data that will be needed for your order. If you don’t provide any, we will ship it as usual. Any loss due customer’s mistake is not our responsibility, no replacement, no returns and refund option available at all.
